David Franceschi

Dave Franceschi has a broad managerial background with more than 25 years in corporate quality management. He has specialized experience in the application of Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award, Six-Sigma and Lean processes in the manufacturing and service industries in addition to experience in the areas of: customer satisfaction survey delivery and analysis, team management, statistical process control, design of experiments, customer complaint management, Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award process applications including: co-author of a 1992 winning application, authorship of numerous site-visit applications, category author, application editor, site visit preparation and training coordinator. Mr. Franceschi is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt trainer and has overseen the development and implementation of over 350 Six Sigma projects with General Electric, Case-New Holland, U.S. Army & Navy, Albany International, ATT, YUM Brands, Pizza Hut, Tyson Foods, Fresh Express, & Sara Lee.
Mr. Franceschi is a persuasive individual possessing strong oral and written communication skills including extensive training and public speaking experience. Dave also has an extensive management track record of productivity and quality improvement in the areas of: production, customer satisfaction, team management and corporate profitability.
In 2004 Dave started Management Solutions and Lake Tahoe Properties. As lead consultant for Management Solutions he specializes in Quality Improvement with special emphasis on all aspects of the MBNQA, Lean-Six-Sigma, Statistical Process Control, Customer Satisfaction Processes and Organizational Behavior. Lake Tahoe Properties specializes in the construction of log homes as well as the log home rental management.
Prior to starting Management Solutions and Lake Tahoe Properties, Dave was Director of Quality for Graniterock Corporation for 15 years, a 1992 Malcolm Baldridge winning company and one of Fortune Magazine’s top 100 companies.
Dave has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in management from San Diego State University. Business affiliations include: membership in the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the Conference Board, the United States Green Building Council (USGBS – Northern California Chapter – Research Committee) and the National Institute of Technology (Baldridge Award Recipient – BAR Consortium.)
