Last month, the American Strategic Management Institute held its bi-annual Performance Conference event in Orlando, FL. This event took a comprehensive look at performance management, and examined many innovative strategies and best practices to help organizations improve on their overall performance to achieve bottom-line results. One of the major highlights at this event was Roy Barnes’ opening keynote address on Implementing Strategy – The Art of Change Management. Roy is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Management and Customer Development with Marriott Vacation Club International, and he is responsible for both global strategic management and customer vacation experience strategy.
